I have a question about 110.14(B). Would soldering a low voltage wire to a LED strip violate this code? As far as it not being mechanically or electrically secured without solder.
Soldered splices shall first be spliced or joined so as to be mechanically and electrically secure without solder and then be soldered. So, unless that takes place, which could simply mean twisting the associated conductors together, otherwise, it would be a violation if solder is being used are not mechanically secured together.
Well, sorry I am not repeating my posts and if you cant see them then an account was likely blocked. Sorry, Good Luck. You can submit questions via PaulAbernathy.com

I am not able to see the reply for the comment about soldering. My first comment also has been deleted.
