I have never seen formula, moonlander and cc-ev in the top three together in a ranking video.
The thing is, each vehicles terminal velocity is their max speed EXEPT Formula (It's much faster when falling) so there you have the 2 fastest vehicles in hcr2 :)

Now I know there's an actual speed cap for FALLING. Otherwise, Formula would've probably broken through reality
