Easter is a Christian festival commemorating the resurrection of Jesus from the dead, described in the New Testament as having occurred on the third day of his burial following his crucifixion by the Romans at Calvary. We do not believe the date, but do acknowledge what Jesus died and rose again. Let us therefore rejoice in the Lord as we have a hope and future as a result of His resurrection.
