      Unfortunately you can't use lentils beans. If you don't have locust beans the only option is to opt it out and don't use anything else.

    Is this a small green sauce found on thiebu djen?? I love that sauce and was wondering how I make them! Did you boil netetou before smashing? Can I use powder soumbaya?

    • @DadasFoodCraveKitchen
      @DadasFoodCraveKitchen  5 лет назад

      Yes it is. The only two leaf you can make it with the best if you can find the sour sour leaf if not the other option it fresh baby spinach or frozen spinach, BUT ADD ENOUGH LIME TO MAKE IT SOUR WHILE PREPARING IT. I didn't have to add extra lime because of the sout sour leaf. And if you can't find locust beans that is fine. Am sure you can find salted fish. Just follow the recipe step by step you will be fine. You can make it with spinach no worries. Yes you can use the power soumbaya. I smash the nettehtu with pepper then put it in a foil in the pot while my spinach was streaming. Watch the video in full and follow the steps

    Hi Dada, what is Rangha bisab?

    • @DadasFoodCraveKitchen
      @DadasFoodCraveKitchen  4 года назад

      Ranngha Bisab is a green side dish that is made with a mixture of okra, sour sour leaf which Is very sour in taste like lime, which gives it a great taste. If can't find sour sour leaf you can alternate it with spinach, but then you have to add a lot of lemon juice or lime juice to make it sour. This side dish is enjoyed with fish peppers soup with rice, benachin, peanut butter soup, CALDOU, M'bhal, ect. It so tasty and it gives you a great appetite in enjoying those dishes i mentioned. I hope I've answered your questions. Let me know if you Have any more questions. Thanks for watching
