It took me years to forgive my ex’s. I’m 28. I started to forgive at 25. It’s not an easy process bcuz you remember the BS, arguments, love, se*, etc. I cried on and off for a month to forgive myself, them, a death of an ex i loved deeply, anger. Basically, all the stages of grief process. After you let go, you learn to just wish good without hate.
