Thank you for the explanation, it was very helpful. However, I have another question. In the order panel, when you expand it, there are fields for entering the price, ticks, etc. But at the bottom, just before the order placement bar, there is a section labeled "Margin." Could you please clarify what this value represents? I am choosing to risk 1% with 0.4 lots, which is also what the SL and TP bars indicate, but in the Margin section, it shows $400 / 4%. This does not correspond to what I am risking. I hope my question is clear, and I would appreciate your assistance with this clarification.
Will the order panel allow to set orders with a specified 2R, 3R, 4R, etc? and then automatically set the other fields based on that and the lot size? So an example would be: Risk Lot size .1 and I want a 3R trade and then the panel will adjust the other fields. As apposed to using the long or short position tool and manually entering those positions.
Great video but I got a question. So when I open a market order it doesn’t get filled at the current price but always a bit higher is there a way to make sure that doesn’t happen?
when you partial close, does your profit/loss get configured for that moment, i.e. if you bought 0.03 lots of the security at $3 per share and it dropped to $2.50 per share when you partial close, have you lost $0.50 per share that was partial-closed?
I’m trading on Trade Locker With Funding Pips and whenever I do a market order it buys it way higher than what the actual market price is. So whenever I’m entering a position I start out losing.

Very informative tutorial! Perfect for new traders - thanks for sharing! 🤩

Very detailed and informative. Thank You!
is there a way to partial out of a trade using percentage instead of lots? Like if I want to take 35% percent of my current trade volume out.

It does show all markets / individual stock or all indicators as tradingview yet

This is because of spreads. Its essentially the commission to place a trade from tradelocker
@@xMissZimbabweo thank you. It’s aweful. I would rather pay commission 😆
Lol I know it's annoying right!!
Thats where only look for firms that have a rawspread so you dont face a 10 pip+ spread and slippages

What is swap fee and how can I avoid it?
It's a fee that is charged when you keep your trade overnight. Close the trade during the trading hours end.
Does T.L allow non U.S. accounts. From Australia 🇦🇺
Yes its just a platform like mt4. if your broker has it, you can use it.
We do allow all users but it depends on your broker/prop firm. Reach out to them and check availability.
