I'm on step two and there's no place to put the R screws to where it secures panel E and F or panel H and G properly!? This is a terrible product with terrible instructions.

On this video, the plastic ring is placed UNDER bolt P. BUT on the manual, it says the plastic ring should be ON bolt P. Which is correct?
