greediness, mismanagement, exploitation plays diff roles in every vfx project, its common we see these issues role in every other project, companies should learn from the history and plot strict rule and need to make a right call regardless of what you lose out of it, courage plays a role to sustain in the industry for long as well
Hi bro.. my point of view is the director should know how vfx works.. vfx company should have own pipe line. How matter what must should have create the storyboard property. And show them to directer.. after approved. Storyboard . Don't change anything much.. it should be writte in while doing agreement time.if there any issue that should fix the pre production time...
Hi bro I believe that the money and time problem will be finished by the upcoming ai softwares , within 10 years pipeline of VFX would be changed , definitely with the help of AI their would be a major sequence of shots will be done very well with the time VFX going to be very cheap one day the revolutions are comming soon

It's not depand upon artist count it's depand on Clients deadline & reference they given I to worked in small company which done whole movie with 30 members & we gave what they wanted
