Awesome Kevin congrats on the gold. I have done the same thing. I went over an area digging all the high tones then went back and dug all the low tones and scored a beautiful gold ring with diamonds.😁
Hey it is Pete in Florida. That first gold ring you dug that was missing the stone reminded me of the time I had to make a second trip back over to a park because the 925 ring I found was missing the stone. It was too late. I could not find the exact place. I take more time now before I cover my hole and move on. My wife told me the more post holding the stone the more valuable the stone.
Congrats on the gold, and making a new squirrel friend😊. Just got a small coil after watching you as another detectorist use them. Thank you again for using the Nox 6 and giving us the target numbers
I just wanted to say thank you for your videos! I really look forward to seeing them each week and being a detectionist myself I know how much work they are 😊
You did a comparison on low tones a couple of years ago showing a penny and your wedding band both coming in at 21. I went to a school the following Saturday. Dug aton of clad, then it started raining. Heading back to the truck I got another 21 signal. I thought probably another penny, but it wasn't. It was a 14 kt gold wedding band. Gotta dig them all.
This old park is the same way, literally covered in low tone targets you just have to keep digging and try to find the repeatable signals for better odds of it being something good.
The wife and I always watch on Monday morning over breakfast but had to tell you about this week. Found 2 sterling rings (xl men's) in one hole at a camping spot. Never thought I'd see that. Question; do you sometimes not dig a signal? Also took your advice and went back with a different coil to a spot we already swung. The big 11 inch did help me find stuff missed with the coiltek. We have had so much fun. Your videos convinced us to get a detector. Thanks man!
I tried to go out detecting today and got driven off by the mosquitoes. With all the rain we've had they are out in force and nothing I could do would keep them away. How do you keep from being eaten alive by them?
100% Deet, any brand as long as it's 100% Deet. I spray my hat heavily with it to keep them off my face and neck, and my shirt and pants instead of my skin.
Kevin hope everything is ok with you and your Family. You haven't had any new videos in quite a while. I'm a little concerned. I know there has been a lot of bad weather out your way. Please get back together me too let me know if everything is ok. Thank You be safe and we'll.
Congratulations on the Gold Kevin great finds thanks for sharing your video

That's why I dig every penny I swing, every once in a while your reward with a great find that's not just another penny lol
Most of my city parks are covered in junk but I will try tbe lower tones in the oldest parks. Great idea and video! GL & HH

This is inspiring! Need to get my 3030 dusted off again!
Good job 👍

Dig it all
I agree to a point...in this old park if you tried to dig it all you wouldn't cover 10 square yards in a day! Lol
Another great video My fellow Texan🎉 keep them coming. I think that pendant are pickles. I seen one before. Why pickles???
I guess you will have to carry a pack of peanuts if you come back lol
He was a cool little guy, you can definitely tell someone hand feeds him lol
