Braised short ribs and mash is my favorite meal to make and eat! I usually infuse my cream with rosemary which really complements the short ribs. Probably going to make this for dinner next week now!
Hey Kev, a great tip is to gently heat the garlic, thyme and white pepper corns in the cream first and leave it to infuse for a couple of hours first. Makes great mash!
