India has a foreign policy with its geographical location in its mind. . India doesn’t see its policy from European lens. In fact the foundations were laid down by Nehru. India feels close to west but have strong historical relations with Russia previously USSR.
Therefore it is natural that today India is talking about multipolar world. The times of bipolar and unipolar world are things of the past. In twenty first century it will move to multipolar world. It is a matter of time.

This statement of yours clearly shows that Pakistan is copying India's diplomacy.
The diplomacy of any country is determined at the global level keeping in view the internal conditions, economic policies, geographical location, etc. of that country.
Diplomacy refers to the transparent intentions of that country in the interest of the "global public". Which should be visible at the grass root level.
The foundation of India is based on " Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam " and " Equality of all religions "And the world appears full of consciousness dedicated to the service of all human beings and living beings.
If India is seen helping other countries in times of emergency, then on the other hand, the message of bringing animals like leopard from other countries to India and nurturing and caring for them is clearly visible.This is what reflects India's true intention of "Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam". That is why India's clean diplomacy is visible all over the world. Today the world is inspired by the abundant possibilities for humanity from India is staring towards it.
