I love this form of Pilates. This is how I learned Pilates years ago with Windsor Pilates. I love my Pilates studio where I go ma ny times every week.....my favourite classes are when teachers are using more traditional Pilates moves.....unfortunately, there are lots of new trends. Traditional is best, safe and effective. This is beautiful! 🙏
