If livescope is going to continue, think it’s incumbent on the directors and proprietors of tournaments to make sure that scoping isn’t the ONLY way to catch them. That’s the only way we’re going to level the playing field. Like he says at 9:00, we’ve got kids who can’t flip grass, they don’t know the fundamentals of bass fishing, but they’re scope wizards. We’ve also got veterans who can’t scope, but could find the biggest bass in a field of cypress or lay downs with their eyes closed. Here’s an idea for everyone to shoot down: if a four day tournament was half and half, two days scoping is allowed, two days it isn’t… And making sure there are tournaments where scoping isn’t a viable tactic for about half the trail. That’s the only way to know who is the best ALL AROUND fisherman. Which is the point of the tournament, right? To see who’s the best overall? These tournaments on Toledo bend etc this year were just scoping contests. People want to see who’s the best overall, which I think is where we’ve gone wrong. Or, we could simplify things and states could ban this tech once and for all, which would probably be better for both fish populations and the fishing industry as a whole. Let the hate begin…

The bait company’s need to get on the wagon too, and start making minnows and jerkbaits! For you professional’s. And us old guys will buy the other old baits which will be on sale, cause you guys are the only fishermen not buying old baits! I love it! The baits are to damn high anyway! The old school fishermen can’t be forced to buy your FFS crap! So we ain’t changing our techniques our bats! Sounds like you guys are cry babies! LMAO! Keep the faith!
