I thought it was the normal boss there 👁️👄👁️ they really nerfed the bosses too... The fights were incredibly hard at some point or im just mixing up games.
Randomly, in my experiment, i took 15 runs and got it (this is was maximum runs), sometimes i do 1-3 dungeons and get them, i advice you to drink Luck potion to get them faster

I remember wyvern had some buttons to press in order to open up the barrier and anubis had like a sand storm on him where you need to get to the top
