Ending B when Samarie is dead, Marina goes to live in the Red light district somewhere and there's a black haired woman who keeps trying to be around her. People think it might be a Samarie dopelganger also being obcessed with Marina or Samarie's ghost. Even death cannot prevent toxic yuri.

A marriage of flesh between Marina and Samarie would suggest a marriage between other characters as well, plus, survival isn't such an important factor in the second game unlike the first. The characters in this game aren't fully aware of the dangers and aren't put willingly in this situation, so a marriage of flesh is unlikely in my opinion.
Considering samarie literally says "we can be one" to marina combined with the fact that she's a dark priest means its very likely she's at least aware of the possibility of marriage. Whether she intended to do so is also pretty likely imo, considering how blatant she is about how she acts towards marina throughout the game.
His only good action was to somewhat try to save Marina, but in the context where his main effort to do so, was to send a letter that ultimately triggered her to come because he was so scumbagish that Marina didn't put him above of sacrificing his wife to Gro-goroth.
