Students without a background are not aware that through constant practice, develops muscle memory which is essential in carrying out his attacks / defenses.
During this process, the teacher spots out mistakes carried out by the student, at an early stage to prevent a bad habit which is a "break in the chain link".
Students do often get impatient when explanations given by the teacher is not understood by the student, on what he or she has done wrong and why should he or she perform the action in that process.
Hence the birth of "bad" teachers. The teachers that are unable to pass the art on to other students due to lack of proper explanation and teachers who just want
to pass on the art, regardless of their intentions. In keeping the student "occupied" with more technics but performed with many weakness.
