El proyecto engloba la ampliación y la reforma del espacio actual, dentro de un mismo concepto de oficina abierta.
Al edificio, de dos plantas, se le anexa un volumen rectangular elevado en planta primera para permitir el paso de vehículos necesarios en el proceso industrial. La planta baja se concibe como zona de acceso y de atención pública, situando en ella las salas de reuniones principales. La planta superior, es el espacio de trabajo, donde se ubican los distintos departamentos y despachos.

The proposal includes the extension and refurbishment of the existing office building, according to the idea of an open office.
A rectangular prism has been attached to the former two-storey building. This prism is raised to the first floor to allow the access of the vehicles involved in the industrial process. The ground floor has been designed for entry and customer service, and hosts the main meeting rooms. The upper floor is the working area and hosts the different departments and offices.
