Thank you. These whale vocalizations feel very grounding and like a reset to a more pure time. I did a meditation this week and we were to think about the most loving creature as our companion on the journey, and I thought of a whale. I think whales help the planet with their peaceful and loving energies.

I have always loved the magnificent beauty of whale. I stated listening to their whispers in the water. I feel protected somehow. I don't know why, but since I started listening to them I feel like sleeping with a rock I've had forever. I don't know if there is a correlation between the two. I just knew I feel like holding the rock as I doze off to whale sound.

عندما تولد الحيوانات غريزيا تتجه الى ثدي امها كي ترضع ثم تتعلم الصيد في مجموعات كي تبقى على قيد الحياة ، إنها بشكل او بأخر عندما تقوم بالصيد و الأكل لا تفكر في ان ماقامت به جريمة او ان ذلك الحيوان الذي تأكله كان مسكينا و هو يود ان يعيش حياته وهو يتغذى على حيوانات اخرى التي بدورها تعيش في دائرة نظام الطبيعية و هكذا دواليك ...نحن أيضا قد خُلقنا في هذا العالم و بكل هذه التفاصيل و التي تحافظ على دورة الحياة و سنتها ..الله خلق لنا كل شي هنا و اعطانا الكثير من النعم ، أكل الحيوانات ضروري لكي نستمر في العيش و إلا رويدا رويدا سوف أحس بالحزن لانني أقوم بأكل نباتات بدورها كائنات حية ثم ينتهي بي المطاف أكل أدوية و اكون كجثة هامدة ..قد اخبرنا الله بالحيوانات الحلال اكلها و التي لن تضرنا و هذا هو الأصل ، ان نكون رحماء بالحيوانات و لا نقوم بقتل اي حيوان نراه بدون سبب و لا نعتدي عليهم فهم نعمة في حياتنا .. آمل يوما ما أن يفهم البشر ان تدمير الطبيعة لن يعود علينا الا بالكوارث و المصائب ..

I understand and know very well your position. I have been myself struggling because my body felt weak sometimes but after 10 years of trying, I won. Life is very mysterious because we are said we have free will, and at the same time, we can understand nature is made scientifically, so ... with laws. And as a matter of fact, we can not communicate with God, even if we want to follow its laws and let go of the free will .... so .... what to do ? There is a theory that says that we can raise our consciousness, become more aware, more conscious and more civilized.
This has been my intention. When I was eating meat, I was at the same time very upset and mad at myself. It worked at the end. Because animals and vegetals are different in terms of consciousness and sentience. The level of pain would be different I guess. The reason of being of animals is not to be eaten by humans but rather a source of education. They are pets. I believe in this. Maybe do we create what we believe ? Maybe the collective consciousness is leading us individually towards the same direction in terms of behavior standards, knowing it's a Love direction.
It has started one day I was fishing with a friend, I took the fish in my hand, shaking, alive, and I cried, I felt deeply sad about this being. All it takes is to go and spend time with the animals you eat and befriend with them. You'll see what happens next.

أنا أشعر تماما بما تشعر به ..منذ أن كنت فتاة صغيرة كان لدي الكثير من الاصدقاء ..لم يكون اولائك التلاميذ في المدرسة كنت كتلة من شخصية المنعزلة و المثيرة للشفقة لم احظى بحياة اجتماعية في مدرستي الابتدائية لذا تعلمت ان اعتمد على نفسي في ثانوية ، أصدقائي كانو مجموعة كبيرة من الحمام كان جدي يربيهم في سطح بيته كنت مولعة بزيارة جدي كل يوم لإطعامهم و أراقبهم يطيرون في الارجاء و قد اعتادو على رؤيتي و احيانا قد استطاع الشجعان منهم الاقتراب مني و كانت علاقي بالقطط نوعا أخر من العشق و الحب ، لطالما احببت رؤية ذالك النجم الكبير في سماء ليلنا و مرت سنوات و لاتزال هذه النجمة الضخمة في السماء كأنها قد أقسمت على ان تكون هي اشد لمعانا من القمر نوع اخر من المنافسة الشريفة، كنت أزرع أيضا نباتات في سطحنا و للأسف كانت حالتي ميئوس منها كنت اضعها في اناء مع تربة فتنمو حتى تكثر الجذور و لا تتسع للاناء فتذبل نبتتي و كنت ابكي ايام و كنت قد سميت مجموعة حلزوناتي كنت مستعدة لإغراقهم بالماء كل يوم فقط كي اراهم يخرجون من قواقعهم و اتكلم معهم بحماس شديد ، كنت اشعر بالغثيان عندما يحضر ابي دجاجة و يطلب مني تقطيعها ..او عندما اذهب الى الجزار فأراه يحمل دجاجا يصرخ باعلى صوت لديه و هو يلفظ اخر انفاسه قبل ان يقتلع رأسه.. لقد كرهت أكل السمك منذ كنت صغيرة ..أحبه ..أحب رؤيته يسبح في الماء ..ليس عندما اتلطخ بدمائه انا و امي و هي تعلمني كيف اقتلع عاموده الفقري.
بعد ان كبرت و زاد حبي للبحار و السماوات و كل مايتعلق بالحيوانات ، زادت علاقتي بربي فتعلمت أكثر عن ديني الاسلام و رأيت لطف الله بي عندما لم يكن احد بجانبي ، لقد صدمت مرة عندما قرأت ان الرسول محمد (الرسول الذي أرسله الله و انزل عليه كتابه القرآن الذي به كلام الله ) قد نهى عن دعس النمل او قتلهم عمدا ..لم اكن ودودة بالنمل عندما كنت صغيرة لقد قرصوني دائما و لطالما رأيتهم كمجتمع غريب يعمل كل يوم دون تعب و يرمون انفسهم في برك الماء التي هي حقيقتا مجرد قطرات ..لكن الان احبهم لدينا عشيرة نمل في سطحنا و ازورهم و كنت في صباح جميل قد وجدتهم يجمعون الاكل فساعدتهم عندما عرفت انهم يبحثون عن السكر و الخبز في ارجاء السطح ، و كنت اضع لهم الاكل بجانب بوابتهم الارضية صغيرة فيجتمعون عليها و يحملونها كأنها هدية عظيمة .
كما مؤخرا و انا اتابع دراساتي و ابحث اكثر عن ديني ، قد وجدت ان الاسلام يحث على المحافظة على بيئتنا و عدم اهدار الماء حتى لو كان فقط ان تتوضء و انت بجانب نهر ، و ينهى عن قتل الطيور او قتل اي حيوان بهدف اللعب و اللهو ، و لقد اعطانا الله قتل بعض الحيوانات التي هي حلال مثلا كالخروف فنحن المسلمين لدينا عيد اسمه عيد الاضحى كل عائلة تقوم بذبح خروف انها شعائر دينية ، وما صدمني انني تعلمت اننا نذبح الخروف بطريقة مختلفة عن الغربيين الذين يطلقون عليهم تلك رصاصة في رؤوسهم ...طريقة مأسوية ، بل طلب منا نحن المسلمون ان نخبئ السكينة و لا نريها للخروف عند الاستعداد لذبحه و انا نكون رحماء بهم و ان لا نجعل موتهم بطيئا يعذبهم ، و اعدادهم وفيرة كثيرا إنها لحم الوحيد الذي افرح لأكله لان الله قد أحله لنا ، كما أحلّ السمك و الدجاج لكن دون الاسراف و يجب ايضا التصدق (تقديم العون و العطايا) هنالك مشردين لم يذوقو اللحم منذ أشهر ، ان الجميع حقا رائعا، طيبون هنا ان الاسلام رحيم جدا بالحيوانات لو ترى كيف يعاملون الإبل(الجِمال) و الاحصنة ، قتل الحصان لا يجوز الى في الحالة الطارئة ..فعلا انه حيوان رائع جميل قوي لا يمكننا التضحية بروعته و قتله ، بينما حرم الاسلام أكل لحم الخنزير لانه حيوان يعيش في الاوساخ و مليئ بالفيروسات و المكروبات ..اشياء كثيرة تجعلني أفكر لو ان فقط الجميع قد دخل الى الاسلام و اتبع هذه التعليمات الالهية ..لكان كل شيء بخير الان
لكنني احترم جميع ديانات و اذواق الناس ايضا احبكم جميعا و حياة سعيدة لك ،...أنا اتمنى ان يكون لدي بيت بجانب الشاطئ لان حيواني المفضل هو الحوت اليس هذا رائع؟

Hauntingly beautiful! I have always been connected to the water my anxiety is calmed only by water so when listening to these Angelic creatures all my worry and dread just melt. Their song soothes my soul and I can feel grounded again. I wish we lived in a world where we could speak to one another I would tell them how lovely and precious they are and how loved by me they are.

I love whales but I am also terrified of them, it's one of the few things I have like a actual fear of (whales and elevators) but I heard whale noises are supposed to be soothing so I've been trying to listen to whale sounds to try and help my insomnia but I've noticed it actually ends up making me extremely anxious and I'm so mad about that because I love whales and their language is beautiful and sounds beautiful but my stupid fear makes me anxious hearing and being around them.
