She was lazy in TPOT 2 because she may have felt demotivated to continue competing without stapy. She had SO much potential but the writers never did anything with her besides her revenge, which was rightfully served

That first part is the fault of the writers, not the character. And for the second part, I do agree with you, and I'm not trying to get into an argument with you, I was just saying my opinion about an overhated character who got screwed over by bad writing
