Probably the best band doing it right now in my opinion met them at the neighborhood theatre in Charlotte NC signed my vinyl super awesome crew . this band doesn't miss
Uncomfortable and beautiful. **Listening to all the released songs thus far - it sounds like the lyrics are coming from a place of broken heartedness. It's like someone describing their heartbreak in very abstract ways and questioning the validity of their fantasies associated with it. The abstractness is simultaneously very vulnerable and also obfuscating because it can be very descriptive and vaugue simultaneously. ^I think this paradox extends to how this bands sounds as well and how they incorporate so many unique and oppositional sounds thoughout their music**. It's constantly placing beauty beside tragedy sonically and it makes you consider both qualities throughout listening and after. Magical stuff that reflects bleakness and hope......
