Hello their @That_Dev If you didn't know we have one of the developers who worked with the foundation who was apart of the developing team. Which means, we have more of a claim to the map than anyone else. Another person within the developing team had leaked the map. If they leaked it to open source, them being on the dev team explains a lot on how there’s little bug errors (although there have been different inconsistencies to mine and shock’s bugs). Even if we didn’t have a copyright claim, not many small groups or big groups are using the map, as the original creator has shutdown everything (regarding his involvement). As to us, me and the rest of the development team, including the developer who use to work with the old foundation has revamped everything within the ARC 32 game such as rebuilt stuff, retextured, rescript everything and so for. For any newer members complaining that the map is “stolen”, we will keep responding in saying it is not. The original template and basis of the map was originally from Sleepy's foundation. A foundation which has shutdown and transferred all its rights to its perspective developers. One of which, we have in our employment. Whom, he transferred copyright to us. With our modifications and trade markings we hold over the map, we currently have the complete rights and will deny any accusation of theft. Those who continue these slanderous accusations will be corrected and then removed from our community. So just wanted to let you know about this information as I have told you.
I am well aware that it isn't my game and this video is almost 2 years old now so I've learned my lesson and moved on. Though it is my fault for the misleading description. The game has been private for a while now and I don't plan on reopening it again.
@@Mr_Obama101 FragmentFour made the original one open source before she sold it to ImpartialMedvedeva in 2020. It's no longer open sourced and any copy of the map is considered to be a stolen, outdated copy.
@@tesstinggnw1822 why would they care if it's outdated? plus, it's literally still open sourced. it was open sourced by the original creator and they have no rights to DMCA anyone who uses that copy.
