SBI Employee to Customer Ratio = 1:2152
While for HDFC Employee to Customer Ratio= 1:678.
This is the situation of best PSB in India. Imagine how much shortage other PSBs are facing.

Because due to Extreme weather events it effect the Crop yield and we known that our population in increasing. we can control this just in initial phase but according to United Nations climate change report in India the crop yield will be low by 20% by 2050 and 80% by 2080 but we are not paying any attention on controlling population.
