Wow, that’s some great information.
Thanks:)
Dear yash U share very paramount information 👍🏻😇
Thank you for sharing Hidden reality ,i think this not only for Google many companies like this has the same problem (FANG) 🙂
I don't get it, this happens in every company. Google is a big corporation. If you want your work/idea to make an impact in a company, it is better to work for a startup.
Thanks for the insights. Those cons are the reason why I believe our focus should be on creating our own giant company and then if we want we can work side by side with google or any giant company we like to
yash u are my inspiration
Thanks
Bro make a video on English communication skill!!
"3 reasons people are leaving Google"... why don't you list "3 reasons people regret interviewing at Google"
@Pratiksha Ugale one reason is, they may depend on "who can memorize answers" to hire. If you consider many people who applied to Google are quite smart to begin with, some from MIT, some Caltech, Berkeley, Stanford, now for 100 people, you'd think the top 10% is quite smart. Yet, only 3% are hired. That means even if you are the smartest 10%, there is 70% chance failing. Together with memorize LeetCode answers and they hire by that score to a certain degree. So 97 out of 100 people could be just wasting their time. If you interview there 3 times, it can be like, just wasting 8 hours+ for 3 times. Treat it as free interviewing practice if you want. Otherwise you can consider whether you want to waste another 8 hours for them just so that they can go on with their routines
This is the story of every company.
I am ready to form company like Google . Need support
Just imagine the life of Vendor employees at Google....its toxic and pathetic...
Yes I always wanted to work at Google I herd they pay good to
Current reason number 1... Layoffs
U r potential candidate for razor blade company for bluffing
even you're a competitive person you will resign after 1-3 years. unless you get the promotion hahaha
Big blade fellow
Same process is followed in Amazon at all levels u have to be in top 10% for all promotions, forget about promotions in new projects 😂
I don't whether I am right or wrong but these practices will put idiots at the top who have just process knowledge instead of combination of all expertise
There are lot of process mug up idiots (but not all) which will create mess in these organisations
