Aventurine scales off of def so the Izumo atk bonus is wasted, salsotto is much better since it gives 4 less crit rate for 15% more damage on ultimate and FuA. But it could work on march so you could throw in a crit dmg body and trying to max out on crit rate.
dps march is actually sooo good with her E4 and concert for two lightcone on aventurine teams. i got the LC to S5 and it is crazy lol, she also gives him so many passive stacks.
I ran aventurine and march as a sub dps and aggro for aventurine, i can say she's so good considering i'm running no FuA team except those two, Because i'm running Bronya and jingliu, March e4 makes her FuA count into 3 and can deal 65% def per attack, and aventurine's talent can give him 3 stacks per FuA, march aggro can give him more stacks, and it last for 4 turns so march can become sp generator, the thing about non stackable shields is that it prioritizes Higher base shields than the small shields that is given to it, so even if aventurine's stackable shield is 1 hitpoints remaining, using march shield will count it as its own shield therefore making it stack his FuA, it doesnt override the shield turn however, so even if march shield is 4 turn remaining, Aventurine's shield only last for 3 turn so he needs to refresh it by FuA or skill.

You should run him with 5% cr for the true Aventurine experience
