Lightning Grace did inspire me into making F. Freddy. I only followed the guidelines of the suit's arms, legs, torso, and pelvis. The head, and Bon Bon were our own design.
We loosely followed Lightning Grace's Funtime Freddy. If you wish to do a specific FNaF character I recommend trying to find them on YT, or Insta or any other social media to see how it was done. For us this is what we did: The head is made of cardboard to fit me, it has aluminum to strengthen the inside and look like the endoskeleton. The face has fluff like what you'd see in a stuffed animal and fabric for the coloring, eyebrows, ears, etc. The eyeball is a plastic semi circle and the inner eye is a white mesh that was painted. The face opens with the use of a henge and magnets. The body itself consists of memory foam and fabric that specifically fits me. The chest peace is two separate pieces with magnets and velcro. Bob Bon is made out of a Coca-Cola case that is covered in foam and glued, I then painted him. The shoes are made out of a Diet Coke and Sprite container surrounded in fluff, foam and memory foam, then lastly fabric. It is agonizing to walk in them so make sure to make yours tighter around your foot then loose. Under all of this I'm wearing a simple Black Spandex.

The endoskeleton is tin foil, we covered the cardboard in it, the fur is fabric. The jaw is made of cardboard and has foam to shape and cushion it, and is surrounded by fabric. The eyes are simple plastic cups and the eyes themselves are mesh that have been sharpies up to make the eye. We used foam to shape the body for me and the arms and legs then just surrounded it in fabric. The chest piece however is thicker fabric to keep the round size. And lastly Bon Bon and the feet are simple boxes that we just used to get the shape of the feet, surrounded them in foam and fabric and boom feet and Bon Bon. TL;DR: Cardboard, Tin Foil, Fabric, plastic (eyes), ticker paper foam, foam, soda boxes.

We joke about Bon Bon looking bad. We revamped F. Freddy and made F. Foxy for 2019 halloween and will be working on Bon Bon solely this year.
