My son was a Drummer for a local Swing band splinter group. A couple of the members did smaller venues and projects. These guys were seasoned musicians. My son was in 8th grade. And...these guys were the perfect fit for him. Very encoraging...supportive...sharing their experience. He got real good...real quick. Best musical environment EVER. We all need musical mentors. 😎👍
