"The Boeing 777, commonly referred to as the Triple Seven, is an American long-range wide-body airliner developed and manufactured by Boeing Commercial Airplanes. It is the world's largest twinjet." Why would any commercial airliner fly their biggest aircraft to Pokhara? The typical runway length for commercial airliners is roughly between 8,000 feet (2,438 meters) and 13,000 feet (3,962 meters). So PRIA doesn't have a runway that is too short for majority of the commercial jets.
The most controversial things is That Chinese Bank provides us loan for doing any developmental construction and after that nepali government should have right to choose construction company but no China hardly interfare in choosing construction company...China Provides Loan And The Workers and the construction company are still from China not From Nepal 😎 Means they provide Loan and grab back that amount to their own country...This Strategy was used in Pakistan by China..and now look what's the situation of Pakistan...
Regarding the 305 Million USD contract, that is actually a fair price. Your video states that in 1980's the estimated cost of the airport was 40 Million USD + 45 Million USD = 85 Million USD. Now you need to add inflationary costs therefore the average inflation rate in the USA from 1960 to 2021 was 3.8% per year. Since we are using USD, and if you add 3.8% to each year on the initial cost + inflation.... you will reach the current contract price. So, if you don't know your finance and economics, it's best not to report without making sure your content has some value. 305 Million USD is a very fair amount for this airport through an economic perspective for it's contruction as per inflationary pressures.
Yess indeed , creator is using some vague terms and populist slogans to mislead viewers. I have traveled through the airport and it is of topnotch level .

Finally the perfect Nepali creator. Keep it up.
Nepal should create self investment, use own resources for infrastructure development work by using Nepali peoples labor and sharing best idea with each other which helps to create no debt from foreign countries and will be beneficial for Nepal government also.
This is pure utopian fantasy
not till the government change. if you know you know.
If only Nepali brainless politicians listen. They are nothing but sad news for Nepal
best explanation❤️❤️
Great research on subject.. Keep it up ❤️
Indian propoganda to take China out of nepal and stop nepal progress nothing else. This channel itself is misguider.

It is Debt Trap,
Unless you can make it profitable. That's the key.
China deliberately invest into those project which aren't economically feasible. you can notice this trend in Gwadar port, Hambantota port, CPEC, etc.

Airports are like bridges , like a brigde it connects two places and uplift the economy of less developed areas . Regarding revenue it may not be so direct but the growth in gdp will certanly boost the revenue collection indirectly. Bridge is a necessity not a luxury .

@@sachingood3007 You may be wrong. Because the constitution was made under the coordination of king and if you see just top you will surely say that king had no power but when you go deep inside the constitution and when you connect the dots you will realise he just made us believe that he is weak
