State of Himachal Pradesh 2016 SCC OnLine HP 1342 wherein ammended sections 4,5 etc have been held unconstitutional by Himachal Pradesha High Court
Sir i have doubt regarding section 14clause 2 subclause1 in which it is mention in absence of agreement rent to be paid last day of month and in section 20 it is written within 15 days
The context for both is different, in respect of section 14 clause 2 subclause 1, if the tenant has not even paid the rent till the last day of month then that will be the ground for eviction, however section 20 signifies the time period in which the rent has to be paid in absence of the agreement.
