With strict liability the state still has to prove the corpus delicti act was knowing or intentional, e.g. Defendant was aware of the act itself.

The definitions provided for the terms subjective and objective intent seem to be reversed from a lexical perspective.

In my opinion; For Constructive Intent without a desire to cause the result; the act should never be treated as Specific intent. Specific Constructive intent should have that distinction

this is very insightful, i'd love to pick your brain, as i'm studying law. (*using florida as a example* im curious what you think of the mandating of 24 months law school minimal, in order to take the bar exam and if it is in fact partially unconstitutional.) 4 states california and virginia included must conclude such, as there is no mandate of law school to take the exam. shouldn't the tests be restructured versus being "indoctrinated" lol by state run educational academies. it just feels like something that "the people" should have access to, absent of state or government influence. (btw im not even a republican lol) i think a form of wavier at least, should exist. (some of the best computer hackers/artists/professionals are completely self taught)

EVERYONE THINKS ITS CUTE SHES USING "A TALKING LIKE A CHILD APPROACH " about some goat to explain criminal law which is serious and the people that make those laws are fraud. So it's basically like she's laughing and treating us like we are stupid and can't comprehend facts. or is it because the goat story is not a big crime resource to have anyone draw concern, but to just laugh because your so funny. She is not the only one that tries to dumb down innocent people of their rights. none of them can be trusted. of course this is just my personal opinion ,and not a debate .
