Sir if average means total hm3 of nov=388+dec=695+ jan=1339+feb???=(total) ÷4=(average) Then why hm3 exceeding.90 of only one month i.e ( jan2024 hm3=1.339) can put the consumer in non protected category? And how hm3 of feb 2024 can be assessed prior to date of reading just to strike out the consumer from protected category? Q:2.for how long the consumer will remain in non protected category. I enquired from helpline.its for the year.you said just for the current month if average of above said 4 months is under 360 units. Guide plz

Sir if average means total hm3 of nov=388+dec=695+
jan=1339+feb???=(total)
÷4=(average)
Then why hm3 exceeding.90 of only one month i.e
( jan2024 hm3=1.339)
can put the consumer in non protected category?
And how hm3 of feb 2024 can be assessed prior to date of reading just to strike out the consumer from protected category?
Q:2.for how long the consumer will remain in non protected category.
I enquired from helpline.its for the year.you said just for the current month if average of above said 4 months is under 360 units.

Agar bad mai ap Nov-Dec ki average 0.9 HM3(90 units) se ziada ya total use 3.6 HM3 (360 units) se ziada hua to phr ap pura saal non-protected mai rahein ge. Lekin agar in 04 months ki average apne 0.9 HM3(90 units) manage kar li to ap Protected Category mai asakte hain.

MMBTU=(Hm3*GCV)/281.7385 (Here GCV=985)
