THIS is the best video ever. Thanks for giving giving the idea about how to implement it in a programming language. There are lots and lots of videos on theoretical approaches but this is something unique. We are getting to know how the algorithms work in real time environment. YES THIS IS REALLY COOL !!
You are give best details. But one thing that anyone will speak these lines then it make a extra effect and make a extra good video. Thanks for their video.
Why there are three tables for max, allocation, and need ?. Is this example for three kind of resources like resource a, b, And c like three columns for each resource ?. I thought it would be easier to apply the example on only one table like column for max, alloc, and need so A -B = C ?.
In the bankers algorithm you are given the max a process can request(Max), the current allocation(Allocation) and the resources available in the system(Total resource). So basically total resource should be given/known, you don't calculate it.
This the 21 century do you think a millennia like me has the attention to both read and watch a video at the same time, Ha. Add someone to read the words so I can finish my PHD.
The entire banker's algorithm process in 4.18 minutes .Really great ! Need more videos like this!
Where is the total resource coming from.... please help
Written in the pronunciation of the exercise, in the article.
It is just what is given to you as a constant. Depends on your computer, system and etc.

Thanks monash chhetri :)

Omg much better explained than my prof. Thank you so much!!!
Great explanation but how will safety algorithm detect unsafe state? Will it keep checking the condition forever? And will it cause haulting problem?
in 1:04 , from where 10 5 7 came
At 1:04, 10 5 7 are the "Total Resources". Total Resources is something known to us beforehand.
the total no of resources will be given for each type.
@Vipin Raj relax you dope
@@GeeksforGeeksVideos you should mention this in the video
@@GeeksforGeeksVideos Thanks for clarification
awesome video! could'nt understand it properly until I watched it!
YOU SAVED MY LIFE

very nice in less time
a very helpful video
Thanks Vishal
Wonderful Explanation :D
you mean that annoying ass music?
How total resource is calculated?
In the bankers algorithm you are given the max a process can request(Max), the current allocation(Allocation) and the resources available in the system(Total resource). So basically total resource should be given/known, you don't calculate it.
it will be given
cant you explain it a little bit slower
Midhul krishnan actually, you can pause the video where you want to spend more time reading
2:21 why allocation is [2, 0, 0,] while it needs and should be allocated with [1,2,2] since these resources are available?
0:26 200 is p1 Allocation ,122 is p1 Need
But what is the Safe sequence for?
to know which process to run first, then second, then third, and so on
What is request in 3:24
Can the total work exceed the "Total Resources"?
No, as work = available

great animation... chu video
Thankyou
good
Awesome!
best simulation ever.......
Hi sir ...
Can need be minus ???
Like (0,_4,-2,0)
no, need is always positive
as max is always either greater or equal to allocation
nice simulation
Thanks Ritajit Kali Roychowdhury 16BCI0151
why do you have to put that goddamn annoying music in the background?
so much best okay but it complet safe state
cool :)
Thanks :)
gada subtitle nya kah ini wehhh .. tolong klo bisa dikasih subtitle indo nya
based and redpilled
