I absolutely love this! My Grandpa built a teardrop in the late 30's. They were living out of it! Later on my parents took us camping with it in the early 60's. It was a beautiful trailer. We used it for years. Later on my parents bought a Frolic trailer. It kinda looked like this Shasta. Same colors and style. Both trailers sure brought so many happy memories for our family. Thanks so much

I have to admit, I absolutely hated the idea of this amalgamation, but I was WRONG. It is fabulous! Everything’s been done to meet the family’s needs while maintaining the character of the Shasta and the spirit of tin can tourists. I commend you. I have a ‘68 Oasis. I’m happy with my kitchen but I I love the idea of an outdoor kitchen because the whole point of camping is to be outside as much as possible, especially when your kids are young. Enjoy ☘️☘️☘️

I have watched this several times as it was like watch Mike and myself. Know you are in my prayers. God will continue to guide you and prepare you for when he goes to his heavenly home. May he pass quickly and painlessly as my husband did. God Bless you,

Love this. What a cool idea. Love the cabinet doors doing double duty for extra storage. This is what I want.

Coolest design I have ever seen in such a small space. Clean and efficient. Perfect use of space.

The attention to detail is wonderful including the triangular design throughout the build. Great job!

That is the most innovative way to rebuild/renovate. Every inch is utilized. No wasted space.

That’s really nice! They put quite a few custom features in that little camper …like the table area all the way down to the silverware caddy that goes from kitchen to table…and the cute little pass through to the inside. That little thing has everything you need…easy way to
go out for the weekend with minimal effort.

Would have liked to see how the ironing boards folded up into the trailer. Really fun to see the restoration and how he added the galley in the back!

First off....all friendly folks in this video. Feels nice. Secondly...WOW, a very ingenious modifications. Had his unit not been water damaged initially, we would not see the betterment of this unit and the cool features created.

Loved how you arranged everything! We used to have a little Shasta but it didn't really work out for our family. So glad to see how you made yours work. I'd love to have a little camper again.
