Can relate a bit to the lyrics sung here. One sometimes waits for someone to tell oneself what one is doing wrong. And one wonders: "Did I do something wrong?" "Did I *really* do something wrong?" And at the same time as one wonders one wants to share the illuminate experience with others so that one not only gets "the cold facts".
Good concept!
Really impressive how this song builds up too. The things made with the voice. A kind of spiritual seeking going higher in moments. Sometimes calming down. It's a good structure to how this song is written from my point of view. It's like a logical succession of a theme developing over time mostly increasing by the emotional depth conveyed.
Repetition of the theme of illumination as presented several times in the song.
I think the repetition works in this case. You repeat the theme not to the point of the listener (myself in this case) becoming bored but rather lifting the listener up to some kind of spiritual dimension by the use of intensity of voice increasing step by step.
On the down side?
Can't find a true negative side to this music. Music is subjective though and some listeners would perhaps want to hear the theme developed a little bit further but I liked the repetition side to this piece.
Made deeper emotions come to the surface.
And the lyrics felt honest to me.
