Watching this video on my 1st day of periods.. very true ma, before baby we can take full rest.. after baby its impossible.. how much ever down we are, we need to run behind them.. that too when i am not well, my baby will be super active and wont sleep.. before baby my 1st day will be very worst.. have vomiting issues.. now thats not thr.. only stomach pain.. so managing somehow .. even i get junk cravings, but on 2nd day..

Regarding night sleep, I would suggest you not to respond to his activities in the night time. Keep lights off and you both pretend sleeping when he wakes up between. He will get angry and cry initially but once he realises that you both are not going to respond, his sleep will improve gradually. The first few days will be really tough, i understand but this is a better option based out of my experience. Just make sure he isn't hungry and not sick when you try to do this
Mam , U please try this valmilagu katti kayam and omam kindly stir in a iron vessel and make a powder , kindly take a pinch of this powder and consume it with hot water before a week of your cycle of 28 days.I tell you its so amazing and you find best results.I too have severe pain and as you said my mom and granny also get this pain .But try this you feel comfort in periods time which relieves your pain.After consuming tell me your experience mam...
Viyan is almost going to be 2.5 right... So restrict his day time sleeping to max 2 hours only... Not more than that. If the kid is sleeping like more than 2 hours,they are likely to be nicely rested which make them difficult to fall asleep n have single stretch sleep at night too. And one more thing regarding night feeds.. night feed will cause tooth decay... Thats right. But sometimes the toddler will not take enough calories during day time so they ll be waking in between also. So you can give milk 150ml and give few sips of water post milk which will prevent from caries. Once their stomach is full,they wont wake after that till morning.

This video can't be enough relatable 😄 felt like seeing myself during my period days.. Same here, I used to eat all the junk during this time.. I've even skipped one meal and ate complete junk instead 😁 but for pain, I found yoga very helpful and cutting down sweets during the non period days has helped me a lot 👍

Cloves Nala grind panitu adhu kuda palm sugar powder mix Pani make it as small balls and u can store it in glass bottle for more than 6 months.. at ur periods time early mrng 1 ball and warm water for those 5 days...at the next month u will not face that much pain...some what in starting stage only u will have pain...try it out sister I'm following for more than 5 yrs it's really working it's patti's medicine 😊
Actually my baby is 2 months younger than viyan.I breastfeed him until 2 i(e..till jan). after 2 days from breastfeeding stopped he didn't wakes up at night..from thatday he is sleeping all night..😊 but i remember in breastfeeding journey..you told breastfeeding stop panni 1 week ku after viyan full night thoonuraan nu...better you sleep with him at day time😅
