I failed 3 times recently for the same reason. I now set an alarm for 6am so I do it before doing anything else. Then I drink 1.5 liters of water right after and start my day. I drink my water like doses of medication. I have an alarm set to drink 1.5 liters every 3 hours. I have an alarm set for 9pm and I read no matter what…I won’t fail again ☝🏾Good luck! You got this!
