I have a G3 rack from force usa... its a 2x2inch tubular steel rack. I've been dying to find lever arms that will fit it. These from bells of steel are the only lever arms I've found that does the job. Yes, these arms are slightly larger at 2.3 inches, but work perfectly. With the slight wobble, they are smooth especially considering my force rack is a bit more narrow than the bells of steel rack this guy is using. The lunge squat with these are on another level. I've recently started using these arms as a belt squat. Love it
Hey, I've got the G20 and although Force just started making arms, they only make them for the damn G20 PRO upgraded model! Pisses me off, so I just ordered these to try them out. I was thinking of using some adhesive padding to narrow the gap to 2 inches, what do you think? Also, have you done a seated bench press with these? They look long but it appears you can raise the handles up quite a bit?
Very cool concept. I do see with only one 45lb on each side, it's a bit wobbly and leans to one side when in use. What is the max weight limit? It concerns me having 3,4, or 5 45lb weights on each side and not bending along with the entire unit being able to support that much weight at the front and not flipping. Tks,
Some great insight on possible uses of the lever arms 👍🏻👍🏻 I like mine but haven’t explored many exercises with them yet. I’m considering making some kind of stops to limit their movement so I could use them for overhead press
I'm getting a rack soon and am very confused about ISO arms. Does this feel like Hammer Strength equipment? I've done over 300lbs on that and not sure if this is harder or easier and wondering how many 45s to buy to load it up! If its harder and requires far less weight I'd be thrilled! Going more for cardio and toning now in garage gym.

Love the versatility of the lever arms. I can’t wait to get some
Magic makers for sure haha 💯
So many uses for the lever arms! Great addition to any rack! Money and space saver too!
Maxing out the usage for the square footage of space is our speciality 😊😉
My gym needs this.
This I can get behind 🤣
Awesome. Thanks!
Anything for you 😉

Look up how to use chains and hitch pins with with lever arms to set the starting position. Best thing I have ever seen and used

great!
I never thought about using them attacked upside-down. Also , the hing/pivoting part could be better. Something to prevent binding.

Continue with 2-3 minutes rest between each set in the workout- even the higher rep or failure rep sets? Great video!
