Welcome to my kitchen. For those of you that don’t know me, I am a Jill of all trades and I genuinely enjoy cooking (mainly Caribbean and healthy dishes). All the foods you see in the above video, I made from scratch in my home. For the most part, I try to live a low carb and sugar free lifestyle.
