They challenge and motivate me to fight any self doubts l have in my ability of becoming a personal trainer and my pursuit of doing Strongman on any level. I'm tired of working these piss ass warehouse jobs that don't care about you. I work for a shipping supply warehouse (we ship boxes, steel coils, etc.). My old ass boss/owner cares more about buying rare coins than the regular upkeep of the forklifts, benefits and our safety. I'm tired of waking up pissed off every day. The money ain't worth it. Insane! This guy is a machine I love this channel, it shows me new exercises that I didn’t know about. Yesterday i did a shoulder exercise that i saw on a Regan Grimes video i saw on here. It was the first time i had used it and i loved it. I think I have a new favourite shoulder exercise.
GP, why do you look like your are dying? Marvin, you and I use to do 10 sets of leg extensions, 10 sets of squats and 10 sets of leg press. Drink a Gatorade and then hit hamstrings with 10 sets of lying leg curls and 10 sets of either seated curls or stiff legged deadlifts. Now that was a killer training session. We could not move for days after those training sessions at Coliseum. Miss those days dude. However , your legs have improved significantly. You are still a beast. Nigel
@@muscleandstrength It was brutal, but it was only for 6 weeks. We trained legs with that workout on Monday's. Then on Saturdays we went to Bevs to hit legs again with 10 sets of 20 reps on the leg press going up in weight with each set.
@Harris Asghar When heavy lifters ask you to spot them on squats then you’re good. Stance placement on a hip row machine is extremely functional with isolation. Great for explosive calf raises too at different angles with the skid locked. 👍

4:45 dude isn't even maximizing use of the leg press. If you're gonna do this much weight PAUSE for 2-5 seconds on the eccentric before pushing the weight for another rep!
