I listened to this song when I was at age 14, and now I'm 38. I actually forgot the title after all those years so I keep searching and searching until I heard it from Country music family reunion but different tempo and I soon realize the lyrics "And someday yonder will never more wander" lol so I had a quick look the title and it is Mansion On The Helltop and listen to all version until I found this one. This is a song I heard before and searching for a long time...sound like Shelley version. Thanks a bunch it was Paul Overstreet version. I love it!

The prophet Jacob in Genesis 28:18, had used a stone for his pillow.

"Pillow of stone" refers to seriously hard times! See Bob Marley: "Rock was my pillow, hard ground was my bed"

Jacob's dream or Jacob's ladder as it's became known. Jacob had a dream of a ladder that was on the earth that reached heaven. Angels of God were ascending and descending on it. God told Jacob He would give him and his descendants the earth. "My pillow a stone" comes from Genesis 28:11: He came to a certain place and spent the night there, because the sun had set; and he took one of the stones of the place and put it under his head, and lay down in that place. Genesis 28:18 also refers to Jacob's pillow being a stone.
