- The Blue Angels start Beach Week with circle and arrival. First, the diamond did their circles then flew some maneuvers. After that, the solos did their circles then flew a few maneuvers. BA #6 flew inverted on the Fortus to practice for that role next year.
Diamond Maneuvers - 14:50
Solo C&A - 26:20
Solo Maneuvers - 31:15
Sorry for the quality not being so great. It was hazy, and the sun was just over the Horizon. Please comment and subscribe
Really cool listening to the solos call out their landmarks to the comm cart guys.
James Macklin yeah. I like hearing all that stuff.
Love the Angels!
I always enjoyed their reviews of the show site. Its something pretty relaxing and also fun hearing them mark their mile markers and get their reference points set for show time.
Got to watch them from the beach while I was in Pensacola visiting. Great stuff!
Really wish i could've have been there. I don't live too far from pcola beach
Sooooo much better with the audio from the aviators! Nice video
Jim Goff thank you.
Next best thing to being there, also cooler and not crowded in the privacy of my home and PC screen. Had my Bose speakers turned up also. Great video, thanks for posting.
Thomas Hulsey “much cooler” lol. Thanks and you’re welcome.
My vacation was postponed until October. I was supposed to be there this week 😡. Great work!👍 Hope to see you in October.
PalmettoMoon That stinks. We’ll see about October. Thanks.
Superb audio! For me, it's the best part, because I'm totally blind, and I've been fascinated with aviation pretty much all my life. What I want to know is where does this take place, and if this is at the Gulf of Mexico, then it makes sense why I sometimes hear waves, and sometimes the water's all quiet. Could you please tell me where they land, and how close to the water do those planes come? At a couple points there, it sounded almost like they were flying so close to the water, but I don't have anyone to describe any of this to me. I sincerely appreciate it, and thank you so much.
Heather stubbs Thanks, and I’m sorry to hear that. This show takes place at Pensacola Beach. But they fly in and out of Pensacola NAS
I thought it was a good video. Wish I could be there to see it that would be awesome. Enjoy and God bless.
James Harmon thanks. And you to.
Awesome sauce!!! Be safe. God bless
Ashley Haley Thank You.
why weren’t the two solos there
Sorry. I had to think about what I heard from the next coment, and it didn't make sense at first. So he's near Pensacola Beach.
What kind of scanner are you using?
Pro-164. Old scanner.
I’ve always wondered what “a little drive” means
James Macklin drive is when the formation needs to descend so they push forward on the stick.
AviationFreak#1 Ah ok cool! Thanks!!
