I think it depends on when they got their package. I believe Luvme has made some upgrades to their packaging. The boxes used to have glitter on them, now they’re more simple with just the logo and a ribbon.
I have used the satin roller thing on it. Lol, I do not know what its called. But its one of those overnight curlers, similar to sock curls. That works well for heatless curls on this unit.
I have not washed the wig, but the curls have fallen. They definitely loosen up after a while. I did re-curl it. I have some pictures on my Instagram of me in the wig after I attempted to curled it myself. Although I could not replicate the curls, I think it still looks good. The hair falls a lot lower, so it almost looks like a different wig.
