Question for you: the Saramonic won't pick up sound if the sound is not directly coming from the microphone that is plugged in to the receiver. So if someone sings, or plays the piano, in the background, you cannot hear it. Any help you could give would be appreciated
I would suggest to put it as close to the sound source to get better results… I am pretty sure it picks up the sound but you need to do some tweaking on post…

Hi, if I remember it correctly the Blink 500 series came with a pin, that looks like what IOS products pin to remove the sim card… you’ll need to use that exact pin, to reset each device, there’s a pin hole in each device for reset..
Which specific UGreen splitter do you recommend? There are so many on Amazon. I’m using a desktop Mac rather than laptop. My ears heard you say TRS but since there are 3 marks on the plug, you must have said TRRS?
If you have two mic inputs on your camera then you can use both… in this video I used the H1n as my audio interface only but the built-in mic is disabled… let me know if I answered your question correctly… thanks

I am not sure about the B5, I only got a B2... however I am not sure if our experience are the same... in my case, I connect it to my iphone xr then do a livestream straight from the FB app, what will happen is that the audio from the blink 500 will only kick in after approximately 2 mins after the livestream started... sorry if this doesn’t help..

Just to be sure might be a stupid question but you’re using a TRS to TRRS cable right? For splitters I only use a lightning cable to 3.5mm & lightning port...

Hi, yes it is possible… all you need is another TRS to TRRS cable… so connect the Rx to the mic input of the Zoom H1N then on the headphone input of Zoom H1N is where you put on the extra TRS to TRRS jack… note that the TRRS one is for smartphone audio input… with this feature you will lose the monitoring feature of the Zoom H1N but will get better audio results.

Guys, i need some help with these :D i paired them 10 times already and they still don't work The lights show me that they are paired but i have zero signal. I tested them on two dslr, two Canon video cameras and one Iphone & one Android

I didn’t resolve it... the work around is to check the place you’re going to record... the monitor hack that I showed in the video is one way, the other is to make sure there’s no Wifi connection in between the RX & TX because that’s most likely gonna be a problem
Please try and test the kit for a long shoot. 2 hours at least. I have two of these kits and they both make errors after being on for +1 hour. Suddenly one of the mics turn the volume down, and it only comes back to normal when you turn the volume all the way down, and then up again. These does not happen every time I shoot for 2 hours, but aprox 1 out of 3 times. I have seen so many reviews of this kit, but I have not seen anyone actually do a full 2 hour stability test. I have now done 50 of these, and in more then 20 cases the mics fail. Hi, I am actually shooting for more than two hours with it... but not on both units though... I use it mostly for Vlogging and I’ve been doing long takes because English is not my primary language... I will definitely try that out using both device I am curious if that will happen to my device too

It basically a back up recording feature… since 2.4Ghz is more prone to interference. Whenever you record you’ll have a safety track feature

It’s a Y Splitter, or Y Cable... it has a mic & headphone input with one 3.5mm jack that goes to the laptop’s audio input...
