Have been an avid fan of Sun Dream Team ever since it began which must be over 30 yrs. Like to think i am very good at it but then being retired and living in Sunny Malta allows me endless hrs of working out the best players .Getting married in Sept and my future wife also plays. Great fun contesting against her team.She beat me in the Euro comp.
@@DreamTeamProfessor The change of changing 2 players each week I like and gonna have to think more, definitely best to have just 3 defenders and reckon Everton back 3 with Pickford a gooden or back 3 of Man utd or even Bournmouth back 3 with Leno in Goal, allows a fab 5 player mid field, Hartland best to leave out till 2 game weeks come along.Kudos of West Ham a must have along with Saka, Forden and Palmer, Fernando too,t.c. yea we are in your league and sure to beat ya, ciao Al

@@DreamTeamProfessor yes, so if someone picks Haaland, nobody else in the league can have him. Makes for an interesting season but wondering what your take on ranking players out of priority (1 being must have) for people doing draft leagues
Hi, I've never played a FF game before and so don't know the rules governing timely entry. If I start the game today 03 / 09, can I still partake and if so, do any player / game scores aggregated before today's date count towards the end of season total score, or are they null and void and essentially, the accumulation of my points total commences from the date of the next round of premier league games? Thanks

On the app, goal bonus says you get 8 points per goal. Seems a bit rubbish considering you get 6 points anyway. You could have 10 goals in your team, play your goal bonus booster and you'd only gain an extra 20 points? Hardly seems worth it
Hey mate, it has been confirmed that it's definitely 9pts. Dream Team tweeted the 8pts was a mistake and they've fixed. Maybe update app, they had a few things people pointed out online.
With extra European games this season surely your team has to feature players from these teams. Europe starts after GW3. So I expect with only 2 subs per week you must start the season with at least 6 players who will play in Europe. I like ISAK but he will be playing approx 10 less games than Salah for example. Also being a Man City supporter I can see the likes of the players who went far in the Euros/Copa America will not be starting the season. Do you risk a Foden, Saka at the start?? I have done a few drafts already and in my opinion you can have a more balanced team without Haaland. Do you dare risk it???
Yep, i'm going to try and build a team with europe in mind and then work backwards. Think it might be hard to get a full 11 from the top teams though unless we can build some budget quickly. I think we'll have to wait and see if the Euro players make the final friendly otherwise i'm not sure they'll start. Arteta seems to think Saka and Rice will be okay to start the season from interviews. I can't see myself going without Haaland that ipswich fixture 2nd week could get ugly. Although there's carabao cup that GW2 so maybe people will go different on captaincy as City won't be in the draw yet.

Trouble with that is I will have to carry 3 of those when Europe kicks in. Also if their prices drop could be in big trouble after 3 game weeks. You can have a decent team and only use up 42 million budget and have money in the bank. Last year I was in 40k position after 10 game weeks and finished in position 281. Would have finished in top 100 if I would have used park the bus in game week 36 instead of game week 35. Remember I think Gvardiol scored 32 points on his own x 2. Current draft - Onana Porro Gvardiol Robinson Eze Giibbs White Palmer Mavididi Haaland Isak Havertz. Thoughts?
I'm sorry but how has mykolenko earned 15 points so far, and don't get me started on irogbanum on 20! Adam Wharton's been class both games and only on 15 😂 Not 1 Everton player deserves to be on anymore then 12 points and that's being generous Some of the scores are very very questionable yet again this year. Rant over lol did anyone else play their goal bonus last week?
haha how can the scores be questionable the rules and scoring are transparent. You get points for things like tackles and the 3-0 win against doncaster counted in the carabao cup. Always worth taking a chance on those carabao matches

I've not done that before, is that where you can all only pick one player each? Can't have the same players?
