So I just screwed the printer up at work, and I can’t fix it! It keeps printing the same label repeatedly. I have unplugged and cycled both printer and connected computers. Any help would be great!
Hi Louis, I apologize for the delayed response. There are a number of factors such as label material, heat settings, and printhead pressure that could contribute to an unclear print. What if the bar code is not printing clearly?
We removed the ribbon and cleaned what we could? issue not resolved.
