    have made 2 already watching your video. I love that you show us how to fix misses on the loops instead of editing the video to seem perfect. real life lessons equal real life results!

      This makes me so happy! I'm so glad that my video was helpful. I always try to keep things real, because in real life mess ups happen. Thanks for your comment! :)

    I really liked your method. Thanks for making this video. I’m still fairly new to chunky yarn projects. My biggest issue was connecting the two ends. I always left a space or it looked bad. Your method helped a lot.
    Also, I’ve used the Bernat yarn on my other projects and really like the soft feel of the finished product. However, I struggled with consistency on the loops when making the pumpkin. I found the yarn from Hobby Lobby to work best. It had just the right amount of thickness where the loops don’t get lost as rows were added.

    That is adorable!! Thanks for sharing. Did you know you can get upholstery needles from the craft stores that are like 10-12 inches long. It makes that last part so much easier to get the needle all the way through the pumpkin. 💕💕😊

    What a wonderful instructional video! Thank you so much for sharing. I do have a question. I've made three so far and all of the exterior weaving runs horizontally. However, the interior runs vertically. If I wanted, would there be any reason not to turn it inside out to have the vertical on the exterior? Thank you! Valerie

    • @ShesCraftyandSheKnowsIt
      @ShesCraftyandSheKnowsIt  2 месяца назад +1

      Yes you can definitely turn it inside out if you like the look of that side better! That’s a great question! It would be super cute to have some of both - I love that idea!

      Honestly I would just find whatever supplies I have around the house. For example, maybe taking a bundle of straws and wrapping them with some twine/jute - something weird along those lines. Or wrapping a popsicle stick with some brown yarn. Just some ideas to get you going! :)
