As an experienced Frontosa fish keeper. When he said he always keeps the lights on blue. I feel he should invest in a coral life led bar strip. Set the timer for white wake up mode, RGB afternoon mode then blue to put them to sleep. That’s just me with 10 black widow frontosas. Although that’s my opinion as an very dedicated frontosa keeper.
