Looks good. I added a town square this year to my set up. I need to buy more items for my town square. It was tricky trying to get the layout to fit in my bay window where I display my village. But my minimalist town square looks good I need to get lights for it next year.

Well what can I say absolutely breathtaking outstanding and beautiful but what can you expect from queen if crafting and interiors .
Another great work of art unfortunately I didn't get mine finished due to my partner having health problems and I had to learn home dyalisis which is going ok but there is next year .

I just made my 2nd village. When I started last year I learned so much from your videos. Your village this year is truly incredible. I know how much time I spent on mine and it's not as big as yours.... so yours really must have taken months. Just fantastic ...I felt like I was a little lemax figurine walking through it watching the video!! 🎄🎁

OUT-STAND-ING!!! I am disappointed that your zoo wasn't able to be used, as well as the double ski mountain. BUT the ski lift and Carnival make up for it

Wow!!! Miriam, I am so delighted to have found your You Tube channel today! I want to come spend Christmas at Dreamy Falls! Gorgeous, amazing, spectacular and I could go on and on! One thing that I also love is that you are using Hot Wire Foam Factory products, and that caught my interest even more. I discovered their products probably 10 years ago when I was in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee at the Incredible Christmas Place, looking at all their wonderful Christmas (and even Halloween villages). I began to ask how they made all those sets and they told me about using styrofoam. I’ve bought several of Hot Wire Foam Factory’s products including the hot knife, sculpting tool and even the little scroll table tool. I did a village at my house a few years ago (nothing like yours!). Mine was small but I have spent a lot of time looking at videos trying to figure out how people build such great villages! And I have yet to try out my Realistic Water and all those items I purchased. You are extremely talented and really put everything into your village. I will definitely be watching all your videos. Maybe I’ll find a way to do something that’s even a fraction of what you do! Love the city streets, the houses, the park, the fantastic amusement park with the rides and also the ski slopes and lifts!! And also the wonderful night sky in your background! Thanks for making me giddy over Christmas and it is only September! I haven’t done my village in a few years; maybe I’ll try again! 😊🎄🧑🎄🤶🇨🇽 PS - Even though I haven’t used it as much as I should, I think it is so much fun to cut styrofoam with a hot knife!
Hello Tammy, thank you so much for taking the time to write me this wonderful message. I am always excited to meet a fellow villager. I have sooo much content on my channel for Christmas villaging and I have a lot of step by step tutorials to show you how I build things. Absolutely amazing! We worked on our village for months and finally got it finished about two weeks ago. I've already started thinking of things I want to add to it next year! Oh my goodness...I know it's well after christmas but I was searching for some tips to make my own 50's style village from cardboard and your youtube video came up and I'm so glad it did!! Amazing! I liked that no matter which angle you look at it, i.e. from the side it looks beautiful. I see that attention was brought to all around the houses such as the sides, especially in the back of the houses. I create my village one level on the floor it takes up half my living room lol, but I didn't find your page until mid Dec.. Also, I really like all the colorful trees and different succulents, where do you get the pretty pink trees? I learned a lot from this video & I keep playing it back. Great job! Truly awesome!

@@MiriamsManner Yes that works! Also, how do you secure the floral picks to the styrofoam? I watched your Business District tutorial which was great, but i'm hoping that the picks don't wobble out of the styrofoam if the hole enlarges while inserting.
Mine don’t ever wobble but my styrofoam is 1 1/2” thick so they stay pretty secure. You could always add a little white glue to the tip of the floral pick before you insert it to ensure it will stay.

You are very welcome Kerry. I believe the tallest table I put in the back was 3’tall.

This is beautiful. love how you put layers in your village. Do you do a city scene village? like Department 56 NY city? I am struggling with the platform for a city scene. Most people lay all the houses in one layer facing each other but I think it is hard to see them. Would love to hear some recommendations from you.
Thanks so much Linda. I have never done a Christmas in the city village but I do agree with you, I would want to see more of the beautiful buildings. I would create a two tiered platform that curves outward to display them.
Your village is amazing! What brand is your collection. I collect mostly Department 56 Snow Village but I’ve added some Lemax this year.

Thank you so much. I use(2)4’x8’ foot tables. So this year, the table set up was an 8’x8’. I have used these same tables and done an L shape as well. I think for 2022 I will do a U shape.

Thank you very much. This village is on two tables that are 4’x8’ that make an 8’x8’ table when put together.
The room is village is in is about 12’x15’

YES!! After going through about 5 hot knives since I started, I only use hot wire foam factory tools. I have had my sculpting tool for years and the new stuff I got is awesome. It cuts so much smoother and faster than other tools I have used. My Rep is Pat and her number is (443) 454-6554. She is very knowledgeable and can get an order placed.
