Wonderful sermon by Pastor Skeete. Each of us need to work out our own salvation. Let us not forget that we are the church. Its not any particular building. So if there is any particular building we go to worship Sabbath after Sabbath and they are worshipping in apostacy then we are not obligated according to sound doctrine to remain there. We are obligated according to sound doctrine to worship in spirit and truth as we seek to grow daily in Christ in a church building where we can do so. True worship rather than confusion of noise and dancing and prancing and watered down messages to appease itching ears.

Every denomination can make the claim they are the ones that have "sound doctrine". You cannot even explain away the prophecy attributed to Jesus where he is quoted as saying he will return before their generation passes. Jesus' last day claims in Matthew 24 appear to be a prophecy about his own day as well when he says pray your flight not been on the Sabbath day ( when the city gates are closed ). How come Jesus did not know there would be no such thing as city gates in our day?

I love the part about the banquet verve’s a Bible study the attendance is always less for the Bible study. Another example we can pay attention to is sabbath school lesson verve’s mid day service. How can we be ready for Gods return if we don’t comes together and study his word which will strengthen us to be faithful to the end???

Since all God's faithful and true people are not now present in the church as the lord said they will come into the fold to join the few faithful that is sighing and crying, and those that are not serious will be sifted out, why would I need to leave the church I should rather be prepared faithful virgins, amidst the now seemingly struggling church. God himself told us the state of the members in these last days but he will cleanse the church, everyone must get their fair chance to to repent. God is just, and wishes that none perishes, not even the wicked among us. In all honesty how much of is can really cast the first stone at the conference leaders, with the sins we cherish and won't give up.
I pray for all SDAs every day - especially Sunday to Friday. Seems like my mind says on Sabbaths we are safe. But I do pray on Sabbaths also but will admit that my Sabbath prayers are not as strong as during the week. When I pray, I pray for the leadership as well as membership local and international. But the top leadership is not addressing the apostasy and compromise among us. Top leadership will be held very responsible for not doing so. We hear and read of some of them cohorting with political leaders, and of forming alliances with those who do not accept the Bible as the true word of GOD, as if that was virtue to entrance into the kingdom of heaven. But we do know or should know that when Sunday Law shall be issued that leaders of the SDA church will be urging members to obey the law of the land instead of the law of GOD. Their mindset will not come overnight. It is happening now as they are being egged on by instruments of the man of sin who wants to take the place of GOD like his leader tried to do in the courts of heaven. Do not forget what happened then. No weapon formed "against GOD" will prosper because GOD/JEHOVAH/YHWH will have His way. He is GOD and there is none like Him.
