Girl... 8 patients. Im in Ga currently we have a max of 6. I have said I will quit if we ever have to go up to 8. How do you guys safely handle 8 patients. How many PCTs do yall have and does your charge nurse get patients too?

Yes girl I rarely get 8 but when I do it’s sooo hard and it’s hard to safely manage. Our PCTs get 9-12 pts.
