hiiii i've noticed a lot of people have been getting recommended this video again so i'll just put this here ik that cancelling the all out attack would've probably been more effective, but this was also on very hard difficulty and i was severely underleveled at the time so i was trying to grind up as much as possible and also get a lot of shuffle times which wouldn't have been guaranteed by going for dizzy also since this part i switched back to english va's. not because teddie's annoying, but because yosuke is yuri lowenthal (if anything i like some of the characters' japanese va's better, mainly chie) also here's where i'd normally shill or some shit idk but i doubt anyone cares in reality so instead i'll wish for you to have a good day :D

it was only downed, not dizzied. that never happened so i thought it would just use a basic attack and still win the encounter and i had NO clue that would happen
@@CalWhimsical yes but if you attack an enemy when it is downed it will become dizzy which forces it to skip a turn + your attacks will deal more damage than if they stood up. So if you do this right, 2 full rounds of combat will deal more damage and cost less than 2 AoAs on a lot of enemies

Persona occasionally shows its SMT roots and when it does it dont hold back

This is a Persona game, you don't get to decide how it ends!

persona q2 also does that if you're not playing on risky but the game's already really easy so i don't know why they did that
i thought teddie's voice is annoying in english, but after hearing it in japanese i have to say, i hate this man will all the cells in my being
Teddie isn't a man, the point of the Japanese voice is reminding you he's just a baby 😂😂
Well at least Chie survived
That’s how PERSONA WORKS

You don't all it out, you keep it stunned always
it was a basic encounter. i was going for shuffle time, not the most optimal battle strategy ever…

Lmao
Any SMT game, will have this kind of moment. Keep that in mind. Persona/Megami Ibunroku doesn't escape from this either
